At 123Canopy.com, all products are made-to-order using our interactive 3D design tool. Each canopy is custom-built based on your exact selections and artwork.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled
• Once artwork is approved, the order cannot be modified

Design Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for reviewing:

• Size selections
• Wall configurations
• Uploaded artwork
• Spelling, colors, and layout

Our 3D preview tool is provided to give an accurate representation of your final product. We strongly recommend reviewing your design carefully before approving it for production.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will repair or replace the item at no cost.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

• You understand that your item is custom-made
• You agree to this no-return policy
